4.4 Security Features. 92pkrh provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) and login alerts to enhance account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. 92pkrh reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts it suspects have been compromised pending verification.
5.1 Approved Methods. 92pkrh accepts deposits exclusively via Approved Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92pkrh reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, and Rs 1,000 via bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 92pkrh may implement transaction limits at its discretion for AML compliance purposes.
5.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 92pkrh balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) hours depending on your banking institution. 92pkrh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
5.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you and that have been obtained through legitimate means. 92pkrh is required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 Same Method Requirement. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit in each case. 92pkrh applies this rule as a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control. Where the original payment method is no longer available, 92pkrh will work with the Player to arrange an alternative withdrawal route subject to enhanced verification.
6.3 KYC Requirement. Withdrawals will not be processed until a Player's account has been fully verified through the KYC process. This includes submission and approval of valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership where required.
6.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. HBL and UBL bank transfers typically clear within one (1) hour. Meezan Bank transfers may take up to two (2) hours. These timeframes are estimates and 92pkrh does not guarantee them in all circumstances.
6.5 Wagering Compliance. Real Money Funds that have not been subject to any wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the KYC and same-method requirements above. Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
6.6 Right to Withhold. 92pkrh reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, AML concerns, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7.1 General Application. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 92pkrh are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. Players must read and accept promotion-specific terms before opting in.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Standard wagering requirements on 92pkrh deposit bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Wagering requirements must be met within the applicable time limit. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and associated winnings upon expiry.
7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.
8.1 Finality of Results. All game results and bet settlements on the 92pkrh Platform are determined by the underlying game software or, in the case of sports betting, by the official result of the relevant sporting event. Once a bet is settled and reflected in your account balance, the outcome is final unless an error is identified by 92pkrh in its sole discretion.
8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or the Platform itself, 92pkrh reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. 92pkrh is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by technical disruptions, server outages, or third-party game provider issues.
8.3 Palpable Errors. Where an odds error or manifestly incorrect game result is published — whether due to human error, system error, or data feed failure — 92pkrh reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle affected bets at the correct price or void them entirely.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts for individual games and sports markets are displayed within each game or market. 92pkrh reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits in cases of suspected advantage play or fraudulent activity.
8.5 Cricket and PSL Betting. Cricket and PSL betting markets are governed by 92pkrh's sportsbook rules as published on the Platform. In-play betting decisions are final once accepted. Matches abandoned or reduced in overs beyond the specified threshold may be voided in accordance with the relevant sport's applicable rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pkrh Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

Where 92pkrh's liability cannot be excluded by law, 92pkrh's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Third-Party Services. 92pkrh is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party services, including payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) and game software providers. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with those providers.

Subject to the dispute resolution provisions in Section 14, you agree that the courts of 92pkrh's licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or their subject matter or formation.
Nothing in this clause shall limit 92pkrh's right to bring proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction for the enforcement of a judgment or order or for urgent injunctive or similar relief.
